this is an old apt,but good location and full furnitured,the place just at downtown of TAOYUAN city,just near 3 school and shopping area,Tsain Quain 3C,Chuian liang mart.family mart,7-11,and a lot of resterant around here,Taoyuan railway station 20min by walk and our apt at fifth floor, upper level is roof garden and 2 rooms,we would like to share 3 rooms both 2 floor for the tenants who like to keep house clean and friendly and no smoking and no pets,because we like house clean,even you have smoke,you can smoke on the roof garden,each room have A/C,bed clothes chest and desk,both 2 floor have living room TV,fridge,and washer,only 1 room
